What we collect
When you request an appointment or send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, patient type (new or returning), preferred date and session, and an optional short reason for your visit. We do not ask for detailed medical information through this website.
How we use it
To contact you about your appointment request or enquiry, to send an acknowledgement, and to run the clinic’s appointment schedule. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Consent
You are asked to consent before submitting a form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the clinic.
Storage and security
Requests are stored in a protected database accessible only to authorised clinic staff, transmitted over HTTPS, and retained only as long as needed for scheduling and clinic records. Email subject lines never contain health information.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of or erasure of your personal data. Write to drruchi153@gmail.com.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are added, they will not include patient-submitted information.
Third-party services
Fonts are hosted on this website. The map is loaded from Google Maps, which may collect technical data such as your IP address when it loads. WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp service when you choose to use them.
